Role: Technical Project Manager – CMDB, ServiceNow

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid


• Lead stakeholders across the business to generate data to populate the ServiceNow system to support company separation, with a focus on CMDB


• PM global audits / data transfer / data cleanup for MTO alongside the Config & Asset Management WG Lead.


• Work with the Service Management team to ensure that data is uploaded into ServiceNow and is accessible for ITSM processes.


• Perform basic data analysis as required to support the analysts.


• Lead and support the data analysts to drive data improvements in the ServiceNow system.


• Ensure that data clean up and audits are targeted with maximum efficiency, appropriately resourced and that delivery is driven and communicated.


• Provide regular progress reporting as required

Skills / Experience Required

Essential:

· Action driver with excellent organisational skills.

· Clear communicator, able to express progress in multiple formats to suit different audiences.

· Excellent stakeholder manager, able to engage the audit & config delivery teams as well customers of the data and other key stakeholders.

· Analytical thinking & problem solving. Able to reframe challenges and find innovative solutions to problems.

· Strong data modelling / data analysis understanding.

· Understanding of challenges associated with large data updates.

Ideal:

· Experience of managing complex system data updates.

· Knowledge of CMDB, APM and asset management databases and relevant challenges.

· Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.

· Experience of data modelling with CSDM in ServiceNow for a broadcast / media production organisation.

· Experience of managing asset audits.
