Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
Founded in 2014 we are a 100 employee Charlotte-based manufacturer which is part of a larger organization specializing in custom lightboxes, large-format graphics & retail display systems. We serve industries including retail, events & trade shows delivering engineered solutions that blend fabrication, printing & design. Our core revenue comes from branded environments and graphic production. For this Director of Operations position the role will lead graphic operations to drive quality, speed & scalability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Direct daily operations across print, finishing, and sewing teams to ensure consistent output and timely delivery
• Collaborate with department managers to streamline scheduling, reduce material waste, and meet internal and external deadlines
• Develop and maintain SOPs and preventative maintenance plans for all production equipment
• Monitor quality metrics and lead corrective actions to improve consistency and reduce rework
• Champion process improvements using lean principles to enhance throughput and reduce inefficiencies
• Partner with Product Development and senior leadership to test new materials and evaluate emerging technologies

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors Degree in Graphics Art, Print Production, Business Management or similar is ideal
• Demonstrated success leading production teams in a graphics, print, or manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of large-format printing processes including UV, dye-sublimation, and heat transfer
• Strong grasp of digital file workflows, color calibration, and finishing techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software (Caldera, Ergosoft, Fiery), and prepress tools like T-Flow
• Experience implementing process improvements and managing cross-functional collaboration
