About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are seeking a Senior Lead, Demo Product Marketing to define, build, and elevate the Public Sector demo experience across the full Salesforce platform — including Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, CRM, Slack, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Missionforce solutions.
This role owns the Public Sector demo narrative and execution across:
- Flagship GPS events (Summits, World Tours, Dreamforce)
- Executive engagements (CIO sessions, SICs, C-level briefings)
- Industry stages (Defense, Intelligence, Cyber, National Security, Education, Nonprofit)
- Sales and SE enablement
- Missionforce storytelling and platform demonstrations
This is a high-visibility, senior role that partners tightly with Product Marketing, SE Leadership, Industry Advisors, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure Salesforce shows up with best-in-class, mission-relevant demos that differentiate us in the market.
Responsibilities
*Demo Strategy & Narrative Development*
- Define the overarching Public Sector demo strategy across GPS (Defense, Intel, Federal, SLED, Nonprofit, Education).
- Build differentiated, mission-specific demo narratives that highlight AI, trusted data, security, interoperability, and platform value.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling demo storylines tied to real Public Sector use cases.
- Partner with PMM to align demos to product positioning, roadmap, and the evolving Agentforce/Missionforce story.
*Demo Development & Orchestration*
- Lead the development of demos for flagship events including Dreamforce, World Tour D.C., State & Local Summit, and industry conferences (AUSA, GEOINT, DoDIIS, Fed events).
- Work closely with Solution Engineering to script, QA, refine, and pressure-test demos.
- Own demo consistency, quality, security, and compliance across all GPS stages.
- Build reusable demo "building blocks" that scale across regions (AMER, EMEA, ANZ).
*Cross-Functional Leadership*
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product Marketing, SE, Industry Advisors, Field Marketing, and Event teams to ensure demos land with precision.
- Lead demo reviews, checkpoints, and executive approvals for high-stakes moments.
- Influence product and PMM teams with insights from the field on demo gaps, capabilities needed, and mission-specific use cases.
*Sales, SE & Partner Enablement*
- Create demo kits, scripts, guidance, and training materials for SEs, AEs, and Partner teams.
- Enable sellers to confidently deliver Public Sector–relevant demos aligned to regional missions and requirements.
- Support executive engagements and SICs with curated demo storylines that deepen account strategy.
*Missionforce Integration*
- Work closely with the Missionforce team to infuse defense, intelligence, and aerospace narratives into the Salesforce platform demo ecosystem.
- Build demos that reflect mission scenarios such as readiness, cyber operations, logistics, case management, intel fusion, and secure collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Product Strategy; Public Sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise building or delivering complex product demos
- Strong understanding of AI, data integration, analytics, security, and platform technologies
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into mission-aligned stories
- Exceptional storytelling, narrative development, and communication skills
- Highly collaborative — able to work across Product, PMM, SE, Industry, and Field Marketing
- Experience with demo readiness for large-scale events strongly desired (Dreamforce, World Tours, defense/intel shows)
- Ability to operate in high-stakes, high-visibility environments with executive stakeholders
- Strong program management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to travel for flagship events and executive engagements
*Why This Role Matters*
