Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.
Summary
Dataiku is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our global Analyst Relations program. In this role, you'll not only keep the program running smoothly through strong project and process management but also directly shape how Dataiku is represented across the analyst community. You'll manage the operational heartbeat of the Analyst Relations function: coordinating key analyst engagements, leading project workflows for major evaluations (like Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave), and ensuring cross-functional alignment across multiple areas within Dataiku. As a trusted partner to the Head of Analyst Relations, your work will enhance program efficiency, scale analyst engagements to increase advocacy, and provide executive teams with the insights and structure they need to engage analysts with confidence.
If you're highly organized, thrive on managing complex processes, and love creating structure in dynamic environments, this is an ideal opportunity to advance your career in Analyst Relations
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own Analyst Relations Operations: Serve as the operational backbone of the Analyst Relations program — overseeing scheduling, managing systems and tools, and coordinating key deliverables across teams.
- Evaluation Project Management: Support participation in analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, etc.) by owning assigned project workflows, managing calendars, deliverable trackers, and stakeholder communications in partnership with the Head of Analyst Relations.
- Program Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain project timelines for Analyst Relations initiatives, ensuring milestones are clear, dependencies are managed, and deadlines are met.
- Data Management and Insights Delivery: Maintain centralized tracking for analyst interactions, sentiment, and feedback (ARchitect); support reporting on program metrics and outcomes.
- Proactively initiate and draft engagement and event recaps - delivered in partnership with the Head of Analyst Relations.
- Manage Executive Prep: Lead engagement prep (briefings, inquiries, strategy/advisory days, summits) by coordinating the production of briefing docs and scheduling prep calls ahead of interactions as needed.
- Manage Engagement Planning and Scheduling: Lead coordination of strategic engagement execution - manage calendar updates and versioning with the Head of Analyst Relations, request analyst interactions, and own scheduling.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Act as liaison between the Head of Analyst Relations and internal teams (Product Marketing, Comms, Sales Enablement, and Product) to align content, timelines, and priorities.
- Content Stewardship: Manage Analyst Relations documents on shared files, and ensure version control. Own Analyst Relations template repository (prep docs, decks, newsletters, etc)
- Event Support: Drive project management for analyst summits, analyst attendance at Dataiku events, and related events — from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively refine processes, template structures, and cross-team collaboration efforts to enable more consistent, repeatable, and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in analyst relations and overseeing major evaluation cycles. Project or program management proficiency is a plus.
- Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and improve workflows, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management and collaboration tools; experience with Analyst Relations databases (ARchitect or Oz) a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort with tracking metrics, managing dashboards, and analyzing program performance.
- Communication and Writing Skills: Clear and concise communicator with excellent writing skills, capable of managing up and across teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with documentation, data accuracy, and version control.
- Agility: Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Interest in AI & Technology: Curiosity about enterprise AI, data science, and innovation-driven industries.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience managing evaluation processes or supporting external research submissions.
- Proven success improving program efficiency through workflow automation or tool utilization.
- Solid understanding of the analyst landscape (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.), and ability to identify new engagement opportunities for Dataiku.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — always looking for ways to improve clarity, predictability, and scalability in operations.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
