SudBuds Detailing is expanding across Dallas, Texas, and we are hiring experienced, fully equipped mobile detailers who want consistent work, high income, and long-term growth within a fast-scaling brand.

We are NOT hiring beginners.

We are NOT hiring people with basic starter kits.

We are hiring professionals with real experience + a real rig.

Must-Have Requirements (Read Before Applying)1. A Mobile Detailing Setup (Required)

You MUST already have a functioning, professional mobile detailing setup that includes:

  • Quality vacuum
  • Pressure washer (electric or gas)
  • Chemicals & tools for full interior + exterior details
  • Ability to complete full professional-level details

Recommended (Not Required):

These help you service more clients and earn more:

  • Generator
  • Water tank
  • Hose reels & upgraded equipment

You can still apply without these as long as your setup is complete and professional.

2. A Reliable Vehicle

  • Truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying your detailing equipment
  • Clean, professional appearance recommended

3. High Skill Level

You must be fully capable of completing:

  • Full interior deep cleans
  • Shampoo & extraction
  • Exterior washes + full exterior details
  • Clay bar, wax/sealant
  • Pet hair removal
  • Stain removal

Polishing experience is a plus.

4. Full-Time + Long-Term Commitment

  • 5–6 days per week
  • Dependable and consistent
  • Must commit to staying 6+ months minimum

5. Sales / Upsell Experience (Highly Recommended)

Top earners upsell $40–$100+ per job consistently.
