We're looking for a career-driven trainer who's ready to grow, be mentored, and build something meaningful. This is a full-time salaried position — not a side hustle or gig-based contract.

What You'll Earn:

  • Starting Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (not hourly or per-session)
  • Quarterly Raises: 2% every quarter with strong performance (up to 8% annually)
  • Performance-Based Bonuses:
  • $100 per new client referral
  • $100 per nutrition program sign-up
  • 15% commission on supplement sales
  • $50 for every membership or service upgrade
  • Total earning potential: $90,000+ annually for top performers

Who You Are:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
  • Passionate about results, growth, and making a real impact

  • Located within 30 minutes of Mount Sinai or Stony Brook
  • Looking for a long-term fitness career — not a temporary job

Schedule & Locations:

  • Full-Time (5 days/week required)
  • Early mornings and evenings required
