  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that influence executive decisions and deliver measurable economic impact. Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively position the system ahead of market challenges.

Technical Analysis & Decision Support

  • Guide senior leaders through complex technical assessments to enable informed, high-impact decisions, including investments in new technologies and operational changes.
  • Sponsor strategic business case development for large-scale technical and supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with profitability and competitive goals.
  • Lead and support bottlers on Supply Chain transformation journey (industry 4.0, digital, e-commerce logistics, etc) to ensure a profitable and sustainable growth of a Total Beverage Company for the OU and its system partners.

Capability Development

  • Lead executive-level technical capability building and digital transformation across the bottling network, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and best-in-class analytics, enabling knowledge sharing across functional areas.
  • Influence and align global technical standards with regional execution.
  • Lead productivity projects ensuring end-to-end Supply Chain perspective focused on growth and continuous improvement across a wide range of bottling organizations with different complexities.
  • Work with finance, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to determine the best vendors and distributors as potential productivity gains.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Establish and drive productivity projects pipeline, follow-up on implementation with bottling partners on committed projects, timeframe and expected results, including providing engineering expertise to steward work.
  • Collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders (including GDI, RTE, Global Supply Chain) to identify best practices, break through innovation to enable productivity and enable path to implementation across the NAOU bottling system.

Performance Management & Governance

  • Ensure that data requirements, change control, and compliance standards are systemically met across all bottling partners.
  • Sponsor KPIs that measure productivity impact, operational success, and strategic alignment.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior executives across North America Bottlers, Global Supply Chain, and corporate leadership.
  • Represent NAOU in global system forums, bringing forward regional successes, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Operations, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing, including substantial executive-level experience required.
  • Proven capability in identifying and driving enterprise efficiency and productivity.
  • Proven record of leading enterprise-wide technical programs that drove transformational operational and financial results.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, influence strategy, and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments.
