Cell Phone Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated associates who enjoy working with people, while providing superior customer service. Providing solutions to customer's battery needs is our business, and we have a unique niche in the market place coupled with a proactive solutions team that are true experts in the products and services we sell. Successful Customer Service Associates will have excellent organizational skills, "Can Do" attitude with the desire to increase customer loyalty through exceptional service interactions. Additionally, sales associates will also perform mobile repair services, and must provide effective and efficient results every time. Battery Joe is a sales leader in the automotive battery and phone/tablet repair business, and our team is accountable for providing our customers with a confident and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Strives to go "Above and Beyond" creating customers for life

· Expertise in Cell Phone Repair

· Ability to clearly communicate with the customer and provide service solutions

· Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment which requires detailed work and precision while achieving repair time expectations

· Ensures work areas are organized, and that equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored

· Participate in commercial sales activities developing new accounts

· Must be able to install large automotive batteries, small batteries, and components in various devices, and perform mobile repair services

Additional Requirements

· Must have 1 to 2 years' customer service experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must be able to work with customers, being attentive to their needs, yet maintaining composure in high stress situations

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis

· Highly professional and dependable
