Job Posting – Production & Service Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site position)

Schedule: Full time | Monday to Saturday

Pay:

  • $700 USD / week – training period (first 2 weeks)

  • $800 USD / week starting on week 3

  • + Project-based Commissions for every completed delivery

About the Position:

Lunchbox US is seeking a highly organized and bilingual Production & Service Manager to lead and coordinate the full cycle of food trailer production—from material planning and vendor coordination to customer delivery and post-sale satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role that blends operations leadership, customer service, logistics, and project management. If you're a problem-solver with grit and emotional intelligence — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Planning

  • Coordinate trailer production schedules and define material needs.
  • Generate and manage Work Orders (WOs).
  • Identify contractor skillsets and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Supervise technicians and handymen on production floor.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S principles and overall shop cleanliness.

Purchasing & Inventory

  • Plan and execute bulk and specialty purchases.
  • Negotiate pricing and maintain proper inventory storage.
  • Run supply errands and coordinate logistics as needed.

Client Communication & Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production.
  • Manage delivery logistics and paperwork (titles, VINs, etc.).
  • Address and de-escalate customer complaints, including high-stress situations.

Admin & Support Tasks

  • Create logs for cancellations, deposit errands, and service tasks.
  • Track status of deliveries and ensure timelines are met.

Requirements:

  • 100% Bilingual – Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years experience in operations, logistics or field project management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
