A leading healthcare institution in Boston is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support a high-profile initiative focused on marketing and public relations within the Cardiac Surgery department. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and pays $30/hour. The assignment is expected to last 3-6+ months and offers the opportunity to contribute to an impactful, fast-paced program within a world-renowned medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met efficiently.
  • Support event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and leadership.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of administrative, program, or project coordination experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in healthcare, academic, marketing, or public relations settings is highly desirable.
