The Title: Retirement Plan Internal Sales Support

The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Currently, an industry leader in full-service 3(16) plan administration and a national Pooled Plan Provider, Finway Group seeks internal sales support with a strong emphasis on 3(16), TPA, defined contribution plans, and PEPs to be a part of our close family atmosphere.

The Responsibilities:

· Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs, exchanging information, and coordinating internal resources.

· Assist Sales Consultants with pricing and preparing proposals, bids, and specifications; may also participate in client meetings.

· Gather product brochures and finish samples for Sales Consultants or clients.

· Act as a backup for Sales Consultants in their absence, providing information to clients and internal teams.

The Qualifications:

· Expert-level knowledge of the retirement plan industry

· Understanding of retirement plan design, retirement products, and investments

· three or more years in retirement plan sales

· Experience in an open-architecture a plus

· Experience working with fee-based RIAs and expert retirement plan advisors a plus

· Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and customer service skills are required.

· High level of commitment to accuracy and detail, strong analytical skills.

· Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.

· Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $55, $60,000.00 per year
