Job Title: Executive Assistant - Officer Manager
Summary:
Serves as the administrative and functional point person for the CEO and Executive Leadership team's corporate, community, and individual matters to ensure smooth functioning of the team's activities.
Wage Type: Salaried
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects assigned by the CEO.
- Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the CEO and Executive Team, business partners, customers, and candidates.
- Works closely with other team members on preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
- Administrative and functional activities include but are not limited to:
- Taking phone calls; maintaining personal and business files; corporate record keeping for multiple entities; supporting marketing and strategic planning activities; note taking & creating documentation filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities.
- Handles financial and accounting matters for the bank with confidentiality.
- Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.
- Supports daily office functions to ensure the organization and staff have an effective work environment. This includes ordering equipment/supplies and managing/monitoring service levels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors.
- Coordinate meetings as needed, with duties that include planning accommodations, menus, space set-up, managing to a budget, coordinating local transportation, and managing audio/visual requirements
- Coordinate logistics and prepare meeting materials for Board of Directors and Committee Meetings.
- Works with the Chief People Officer on physical security, reception, general office management, and onboarding.
- Carries out responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values and operating principles, in accordance with policy and applicable laws, and with a commitment to commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Requires full-time availability with flexible hours. Requires a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.
