Adelvia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Brace Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting orthopedic braces and supports for patients at various clinic locations. This position requires travel to different clinics to ensure patients receive the appropriate fitting and adjustment of their orthopedic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned clinics to fit orthopedic braces and supports for patients.
  • Provide expert guidance on the proper use, maintenance, and adjustments of braces and supports.
  • Ensure a proper fit, comfort, and alignment of orthopedic devices.
  • Accurately document fitting activities and patient interactions.
  • Maintain inventory of braces and supports, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs and ensure the highest level of care.
  • Provide follow-up services for adjustments or concerns regarding the fit of the devices.

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • ATC (Athletic Trainer)
  • COF (Certified Orthotic Fitter)
  • CFO (Certified Fitter-Orthotics)

Requirements:

  • Experience in orthopedic brace fitting, or a related healthcare field, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of patient groups.
  • Ability to travel to different clinic locations as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow fitting protocols.
  • Basic understanding of orthopedic devices and their proper use.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Schedule: Part-time position with flexible hours.
