Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to schedule roofing inspections, repairs, and consultations.
  • Communicate clearly with potential customers to understand their roofing needs and schedule appropriate appointments with estimators or project managers.
  • Follow up with leads, provide information on services offered, and confirm appointment details.
  • Maintain and update the company's scheduling system and CRM database with accurate client information and appointment notes.
  • Coordinate schedules between roofing crews, sales representatives, and management to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to clients.
  • Manage rescheduling requests and handle last-minute cancellations in a professional manner.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly appointment metrics and report scheduling performance.
  • Support the marketing or sales teams by converting inbound leads into booked consultations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, or basic roofing-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience in appointment scheduling, administrative support, or customer service (experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple schedules efficiently.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with scheduling software, CRM systems , and standard office tools .
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in communication and demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.
  • Knowledge of basic roofing terms and processes.
  • Sales or lead conversion experience.
