TITLE: Oracle ERP Consultant
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
If you are experienced in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Financials at a Principal level, and passionate about helping clients transform their business in an innovative way, give us a look As a member of our team, you will have a well-rounded, multi-faceted approach to supporting and implementing the Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Financials solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Hold Workshops in-scope Finance business requirements, translate requirements into functional and technical design, provide leadership to client on Best Practices, build prototypes, lead testing activities, oversee support procedures and SLA definition, and support live implementations
• Facilitate discussions, analyze / de-construct problems, identify solution impacts upon others
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to General Ledger, Cash Management, Intercompany, Consolidation and Fixed Assets.
• Provide guidance on system functionalities and recommend design solution.
• Proactively find gaps and areas of improvements related to GL, CM, Intercompany, Consolidation Systems and FA.
• Provide functional support to Business and Development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Develop testing strategy.
• Monitor compliance by configurable dashboards.
• Support business teams in analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues during month.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum ten years of experience with focus on business analysis, solutioning, configuration, and reporting.
• Extensive experience working on Oracle fusion cloud financials implementation including General Ledger, Cash Management, Intercompany, Consolidation Systems and Fixed Assets.
• Solid Accounting background including GL Consolidations.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) will be a huge plus.
• Demonstrate industry best practices.
• Experience working with finance senior leaders to drive efficiency and solve business pain points.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussions with various stakeholders from business and IT.
• Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules will be an added advantage.
