Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Adjuster/Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury claims handling, insurance negotiations, and settlement evaluation. This role will focus on pre-litigation case management, evaluating injury claims, and negotiating settlements to ensure our clients receive fair and timely compensation.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home with regular in-office collaboration in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate personal injury claims, review medical records, and assess case value.
  • Negotiate bodily injury settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
  • Communicate with clients to explain case progress, settlement options, and next steps.
  • Draft and review demand packages, settlement proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal assistants to support case resolution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm's case management system.
  • Provide excellent client service and uphold the firm's commitment to integrity and advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling or negotiating bodily injury claims (insurance or plaintiff-side).
  • Strong understanding of Texas personal injury law, insurance claim procedures, and settlement evaluation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple active files independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal/case management software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
