7e Investments is a mortgage note investment fund specializing in acquiring and originating non-QM loans. We manage a diverse portfolio of performing and non-performing mortgage notes, strategically purchasing distressed debt while also structuring new loan originations.
As a direct lender and correspondent broker, we provide financing solutions to real estate investors, including:
- Fix & Flip Loans – Short-term financing for renovation projects.
- Bridge Loans – Transitional funding for investors and homeowners.
- Ground-Up Construction Loans – Financing for new residential builds.
- DSCR Loans – Rental property financing based on property cash flow.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to source, structure, and close new loan originations for our direct lending and correspondent brokerage programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private lending and loan origination, with the ability to build strong investor and broker relationships.
This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential for those who can consistently originate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Sourcing
- Build relationships with real estate investors, developers, and brokers.
- Generate new loan opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Educate clients on loan products and structure financing solutions.
- Maintain and track a strong loan pipeline in CRM.
Loan Origination & Underwriting
- Conduct financial and collateral analysis on fix & flip, bridge, construction, and DSCR loans.
- Work with borrowers and brokers to structure deals that meet underwriting standards.
- Manage the loan process from submission to close, coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Ensure compliance with credit guidelines and lending regulations.
Correspondent Brokerage & Capital Partner Development
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional lenders, funds, and capital providers.
- Negotiate loan structures and terms with funding partners.
- Support table-funded transactions and ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in private lending, loan origination, or mortgage underwriting (required).
- Track Record: Minimum $2M/month in consistent investor loan production.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, deal structuring, and relationship management.
- Knowledge: Private lending, mortgage notes, and correspondent brokerage.
- Technology: CRM systems, LOS, and underwriting tools.
- Licensing: MLO License preferred, not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $2,000 – $5,000/month ($24K – $60K annually).
- Commissions: Significant upside, with potential total earnings of $50K – $175K+ annually.
- Potential for Full-Time Employment & Benefits:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, remote role
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently generating $2M+ in new monthly loan originations.
- Maintaining a $5M+ active loan pipeline.
- Closing loans within 30 days of application.
- Building 10+ new active broker or investor relationships each quarter.
Please note we are also going to be looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to add to the team, therefore if you are currently working with one, there may be an opportunity to bring them onboard.
