Chief Executive Assistant to $150K - High-Impact Position

Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Chief Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to their CEO and senior leadership team In this role, you'll manage complex executive operations including board communications, high-level meetings, and strategic project coordination. The ideal candidate is coming out of large/Fortune 500 companies and brings 8+ years of C-suite support experience with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities include partnering directly with the CEO as primary administrative support to manage high-level communications with board members and external stakeholders, track budgets and expense reporting, support strategic projects across departments, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will also coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting logistics, prepare polished presentations and executive materials, oversee travel arrangements and itineraries, capture meeting outcomes while ensuring follow-through on action items, and provide guidance to support staff as needed.
  • The idea candidate possesses 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in corporate environments, mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, outstanding written and verbal communication, proven success managing competing priorities under pressure, and a professional demeanor to engage with all organizational levels.
