As a Project Manager, you will lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. This role requires passion, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor project teams through all phases of construction
  • Oversee preconstruction coordination, subcontractor management, and project scheduling
  • Manage budgets, RFIs, change orders, and client communication
  • Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial or light industrial projects
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills
  • Broad knowledge of construction methods and building systems
