La Belle Helene is looking for Server's Assistants to join our dynamic team.

Ideal candidates with need to be knowledgeable, works well in a high-volume and fast paced environment, and has a polite and friendly attitude. We're looking for people to provide assistance to our servers to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for patrons and work with other service staff as a tight-knit team while implementing our "There Is Only We" company culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and carry dirty tableware to the kitchen
  • Clean and polish silverware and glassware to standard
  • Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
  • Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger parties
  • Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
  • Delivering dishes to designated seats at a table.
  • Assisting Expo and the Executive Chef with set up to ensure a smooth shift.

Requirements include:

· Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor

· A willingness to continually elevate service standards and desire to improve personal food and beverage knowledge is required.

· Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

· Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking.

· Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules
