Job Summary

We are a Canton based Biohazard remediation service. In search of a self-motivated salesperson. We will train candidate in all aspects of our business. Must have a strong stomach and the Empathy needed to help our customers navigate one of the most trying times of their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Promote and sell services effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
