About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Rust Developer
to join a high-performing DeFi Yield Generation Platform team. You'll work alongside talented engineers and architects to build a
secure and scalable crypto yield generation platform
, leveraging the latest in blockchain and cloud technologies.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll not only design and develop robust systems but also mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in modern software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure blockchain-based services using
    Rust
    .
  • Collaborate with technical leads to enhance the
    DeFi yield generation
    ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain
    microservices
    and distributed systems.
  • Ensure platform reliability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD automation.
  • Engage in
    code reviews, architecture discussions
    , and solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with a strong focus on
    Rust
    .
  • Experience in
    Trading Platforms
    or the
    Financial Domain
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains
    (e.g., Ethereum).
  • Experience with
    Kafka
    and microservice architecture.
  • Exposure to
    cloud environments (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure acceptable)
    .
  • Strong understanding of software reliability and distributed systems.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and database design.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD tools
    like Jenkins Core.
  • Familiarity with
    Docker
    ,
    SNS/SQS
    , and asynchronous messaging services.
