About the Role

We're hiring an Client Success Project Coordinator to support client deployments, manage projects, and keep cross-functional initiatives running smoothly. This is a hands-on, visible, and growth-focused role for someone who's organized, proactive, and excited to work across technical, customer-facing, and internal ops areas.

You'll coordinate everything from customer onboarding to trade show logistics to Salesforce quoting workflows, and you'll help improve how our team runs along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer project timelines, onboarding steps, and install logistics
  • Coordinate kickoff calls, follow-ups, and basic training sessions
  • Answer light technical questions and escalate when needed
  • Create and send quotes, organize documents, and manage Salesforce project records
  • Support tradeshow planning and event logistics
  • Create and update marketing materials, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Assign and review tasks for virtual assistants and junior support
  • Help improve documentation, checklists, and internal processes
  • Travel to support client projects as necessary

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years in project coordination, client success, or technical support
  • Strong written communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable managing timelines and communicating across teams
  • Some experience with CRMs (like Salesforce), Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Interest in light technical work (you'll learn as you go)
  • Bonus: experience with MailChimp, Canva, or WordPress
