As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
About The Team
The Legal team is responsible for providing legal and compliance guidance and support covering all aspects of Anduril's rapidly growing business, ranging from negotiating license and services agreements, to bid protests and litigation, to handling intellectual property, compliance and employment matters. You will represent the legal team in relationships with outside counsel, vendors, engineers, executives, customers, and regulators.
About The Job
Anduril is a fast-growing company at the early stages of growth. Of particular interest will be legal or compliance experience involving environmental licensing and emissions. And, at Anduril we exercise our technologies in both civil and defense environments. This role includes understanding our products, customers and operations to inform short term needs as well as shape longer term strategic planning in this area across our design laboratories, production facilities, and test sites

This includes everything from providing legal oversight to product development, giving legal guidance to existing business areas, to crafting legal and business strategies. The Legal Team partners closely with customers, outside counsel, and business partners across the organization to support business development and day-to-day legal operations.
This position requires someone who is conversant in U.S. federal environmental, safety and health laws with the ability to understand and react quickly to compliance issues from business locations in multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and other international locations.
