Event Installation Crew – Contract Positions (Part-Time)

Schedule: As-needed, primarily weekends (daytime and late-night)

With consistent demand and growing opportunities, we are expanding our network of trained installation professionals.

Position Overview

We are seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Installation Crew. This is a contract-based, part-time role supporting our on-site event installations. Most events take place in the Atlanta area, but work may occasionally extend to surrounding regions. We are also interested in contractors in other states who can help support expansion.

This role is ideal for people experienced in the event industry or those willing to learn and grow into leadership positions on our install teams.

Responsibilities

  • Install table linens, draping, dance floor wraps, napkins, and specialty décor
  • Follow detailed setup instructions and execute design plans accurately
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
  • Interact professionally with clients, planners, and venue staff
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and unique venue needs
  • Safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Lead crews of less-experienced team members once trained

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Weekend availability, including occasional late-night shifts
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to learn I Do Linens' installation standards and processes
  • Comfortable traveling to various event locations
  • Based in Atlanta preferred, but applicants from other states are welcome

Position Details
