State Street Investment Management, the asset management division of State Street Corporation, is actively hiring a Client Trading Associate 2. This Associate 2 level position will report to the Client Trading Manager.

The Client Trading Associate 2 works closely with portfolio managers, operations teams, custody teams, and other internal and external clients. The associate is expected to be proactive; solutions oriented, and demonstrate sound judgment on issue escalation and resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

· Input subscription and redemption transactions into systems and audit appropriately

· Respond to and resolve inquiries in a systematic and timely manner; know when to escalate when additional assistance is required

· Reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and provide accurate and detailed answers

· Collaborate with other team members and Portfolio Managers

· Ability to work under tight deadlines

· Identify issues swiftly and escalate appropriately

· Participate in team projects to improve efficiency and re-evaluate processes as needed

· Conform with the risk escalation chain e.g. for operational issues and suspicious transactions

· Support a culture of effective challenge to evolve daily operational processes, recommend and implement changes and deliver continuous improvement.

· Perform other duties as needed

Education and Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business, Finance.

· 0 - 2 years in financial services

· Industry experience within Transfer Agency, Custody and Fund Accounting operations is a strong advantage

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $66,560 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
