Bump City Nashville is the nation's only maternity, nursing, and postpartum store that curates best-in-class brands and products. Our store serves women in search of a destination to try-on clothing; many of whom drive +2 hours from neighboring states and those who visit us while on vacation or business travel to Nashville. Bump City is more than a store — we're a community where moms-to-be and new moms feel supported, stylish, and empowered.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Store Manager to lead our Nashville boutique. You'll oversee daily operations, coach and inspire your team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure our store meets sales and performance goals. 

What You'll Do


• Lead, motivate, and coach the team 


• Deliver styling consultations and personalized service 


• Manage store operations: scheduling, inventory, merchandising 


• Monitor sales and drive results 


• Plan and support store events, partnerships, and community engagement 

What We're Looking For


• 3–5 years retail management experience (fashion/boutique a plus) 


• A proven leader who inspires high performance 


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 


• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and sales metrics 


• Passion for maternity and women's fashion
