Graduate Program Director – Nursing

St. Ambrose University at the Mount Mercy campus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Graduate Program Director to lead our graduate nursing program. This role is responsible for ensuring academic excellence, supporting student success, mentoring faculty, and maintaining accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee curriculum development and academic assessmentTeach within the program and advise graduate studentsLead faculty hiring, mentorship, and evaluationSupport student recruitment and retentionEnsure compliance with Iowa Board of Nursing and CCNE standardsManage program-related budget

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Nursing (required)ARNP certification (required)Graduate-level teaching experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skills
