As a Pipeline Manager, you'll be at the heart of a high-performing team, supporting top-tier Originators to provide an unparalleled experience to clients and partners. You'll be instrumental in delivering seamless service throughout the loan process, from "contact to contract," allowing our Originators to focus on building relationships and expanding their business. This pivotal role ensures that we consistently exceed client expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Your Mission (If You're Ready for It):

• Master Relationship Builder: Forge lasting partnerships with borrowers, agents, and referral partners, ensuring they feel supported throughout the loan process.
• Loan Process Expert: Manage applications seamlessly, guiding clients through every step—whether online, by phone, or in person—making their experience smooth and hassle-free.
• Accuracy & Precision: Gather, prepare, and verify loan documentation with meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Communication Leader: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service that makes them feel heard, understood, and valued.
• Mortgage Product Authority: Stay up-to-date on FHA, VA, CONV, USDA, and other loan products, ready to confidently address any client needs or scenarios.
• Process Optimizer: Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and the operations team to ensure a well-coordinated and efficient loan process.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle any challenges proactively, ensuring that clients stay on track for a successful and timely closing.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a role such as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Loan Processor, Underwriter, or Loan Officer (5+ years preferred).
• Expertise in credit analysis, income and asset documentation, and loan structuring.
• NMLS licensed (or willingness to become licensed if required).
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in all aspects of the role.
