This is not just a product launch role; you will be the driving force behind the entire innovation pipeline. You'll identify "what's next," develop the global strategy, and lead flawless go-to-market execution that captivates consumers and grows market share.

What You'll Do

  • Build the Innovation Pipeline:
    Develop the 3-year innovation strategy and 18-month detailed calendar. Identify white-space opportunities by analyzing consumer insights, social listening, and global trends.
  • Quarterback End-to-End Launches:
    Lead the entire product lifecycle, from writing insightful product, concept, and creative briefs to managing the go-to-market strategy, ensuring targets (budget, COGs) are met.
  • Own the Business & Analytics:
    Manage the P&L and marketing budget for your categories. You will analyze performance, optimize A&P spend for maximum ROI, and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Champion Trends & Technology:
    Be the expert on emerging marketing tech, digital platforms, and consumer trends, implementing new solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead & Develop Talent:
    Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What We're Looking For

This role requires a unique blend of creative sensibility, strategic agility, and financial fluency.

Your Experience:

  • 8+ years
    of progressive experience in global marketing.
  • Deep expertise in luxury/prestige beauty or fashion is essential.
  • A proven track record of managing
    end-to-end makeup/color cosmetic launches
    on a global scale.
  • Demonstrated success in innovation ideation, product development, and strategic brief writing.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the
    Chinese market
    is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience managing and developing a team.
