Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity
Working with the business, development and release management teams along with vendor applications to successfully identify and document testing scope, create test scripts, execute scripts utilizing a testing tool and defect reporting tracking/remediation to successfully test major releases, automation tools and system patches/maintenance.

In office role with Hybrid schedule. Ally work locations are Fort Washington PA or Lewisville TX

The Work Itself

  • Create and maintain test plans, test scripts and test data.
  • Collaborate with Account Servicing Subject Matter Experts to ensure test plans are comprehensive and provide full test coverage.
  • Develop and execute manual test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
  • Perform functional, regression and production testing.
  • Transition functional testing scripts to regression scripts post release.
  • Identify, log and manage defects using JIRA.
  • Participate in release meetings, test condition reviews and defect triage meetings.
  • Provide testing status updates throughout the lifecycle of the project and effectively escalate when project impacts occur.
  • Manage multiple testing efforts within the same timeframe and manage the interdependencies between.
  • Drive the completion of testing deliverables meeting testing cycle milestones.

Skills
The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience required, financial/banking experience preferred
  • Testing experience utilizing scripting/testing methodologies highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce and JIRA preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working across organizational boundaries.

Base Pay Range
: $ $100000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
