Position Title: AWS / Java / AI / Sr Lead Software Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Expected Duration: Contract to Hire

Job Type: FULL TIME - On-Site

Pay Range: $56 - $61

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong skills in Java, AWS, and Knowledge in Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least two of these areas, with a willingness to learn and grow in the third. Experience with chatbots and AI agents is a plus.

Must Have Skills

  • Java
  • AWS
  • Machine Learning
  • (expertise in all 3 is not a must - some skills may be taught, but need to be strong in 2 of them)

Nice to Have skills:

  • Experience with Chat bots/AI agents
