Overview

Flomad Labs R&D is looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to support the coordination and execution of our cross-disciplinary projects in AI, neuroscience, robotics, and technology innovation. In this role, you will help streamline workflows, track progress, and ensure that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively across multiple teams.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and research leads to align priorities, manage documentation, and optimize communication between departments. This position also includes exploring and implementing AI-powered project management tools that improve automation, task tracking, and productivity - helping us maintain a culture of continuous innovation.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment between technical, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities in ongoing projects.
  • Research and implement AI-driven project management tools for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and performance tracking for process transparency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews, sharing ideas and feedback for project improvement.

  • Interest in AI-powered productivity tools, automation, and workflow optimization.

  • Prior experience or coursework in project management or coordination is a plus.
