Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cookies

  • Prep ingredients and condiments
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
  • Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules
  • Assist with catering orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role in the food industry
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and baking principles
  • Ability to operate baking equipment and use kitchen tools such as knives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
