Position Overview:

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives our signature Chick-fil-A service and delicious food. With flexible scheduling options and a closed-on-Sundays policy, we offer a work environment that promotes work-life balance and personal growth. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders, and even have access to scholarship opportunities.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically to engage with guests
  • Make emotional connections with guests to leave a positive impression
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Multitask quickly and efficiently
  • Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Perform other duties as assigned
