Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This role is vital in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring a pleasant experience for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Manage floor care by utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
  • Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial duties is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
