Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Works Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, management, and B2B sales, with a focus on technology and technical sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage accounts, develop business opportunities, and foster strong customer relationships.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets through effective management and support.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services in the technology sector.
- Engage in outside sales activities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for business development within those accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
