About the Role
Ohh Foaming is seeking elite, senior-level sales leaders to spearhead regional growth in the booming insulation foaming (spray foam insulation) industry. This role is designed for proven closers with strong industry networks who will deliver results quickly and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Act as Head of Sales for your region.
- Bring in your own qualified leads and consistently close new insulation foaming projects.
- Close residential and commercial insulation jobs on a daily basis, with a focus on high-value commercial contracts.
- Leverage existing networks and relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and property managers.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance for yourself and your team.
- Build, lead, and manage regional sales teams to expand market reach.
- Represent Ohh Foaming across assigned territories while driving aggressive revenue growth.
Initial Tasks
- Set up and customize our CRM system to match your sales workflow (must be tech-savvy).
- Establish pricing structures and competitive packages for insulation foaming projects.
- Develop standardized contract templates for client onboarding.
- Design payment and bonus structures for the sales team you recruit.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives under your leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have their own leads and direct access to decision-makers in residential and commercial construction.
- Demonstrated history of closing insulation foaming sales daily, with a proven record of high-value contracts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on building business and scaling revenue fast.
