Sales Operations Coordinator

Second Nature Brands is on a mission to grow from $500M to $1B over the next 3 years through an aggressive combination of M&A and organic growth (increased distribution, e-commerce, and innovation). The Sales Operations Coordinator will support Sales and Marketing by being a liaison with internal cross-functional teams and managing key projects and data to support the sales organization. This role will be primarily remote but will have some time in office in the Madison Heights area on an ad hoc basis.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
Support GS1 and 1WS publications with Master Data team as neededMaintain SNB product data within customer systems as needed. Validate item specs/detail with marketing and Master DataParticipate in data audits of information in the Data Portals and ensure data integrity.Manage distressed inventory process and sell through Develop/standardize reporting for SAP and sales teamManage all hierarchies for TPM and work with MD team for SAP hierarchy questionsAgency/commission updates (monthly mapping, indirect customer mapping, internal updates)Develop selling materialsBroker score carding and KPI tracking Maintain sales SharePoint site Manage sales communications to sales team & brokers on a weekly basis Facilitate new customer set up and new item set up with cross functional teams Support sales requests for POS, sample requests Act as key point person for trade show coordination and execution for Second Nature Brands, in partnership with marketing teamExperience & Qualifications:
Proficient user of Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)SAP experience preferred Data entry experience required Self-starter with attention to detail.Analytical ability to identify issues and provide suggested solutions to the organization Ability to work cross functionally within the organization and source required information for external system input Must have good writing skills (generate process and troubleshooting documentation)Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to contribute and thrive in a team environment.5 years' experience in consumer-packaged goods organization in analytic, marketing, or sales roles Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldWe are an equal employment opportunity employer-Second Nature Brands is a leading U.S. manufacturer of premium and better-for-you snacking and treat products.
