Position Overview

We're seeking a hands-on Systems Software Engineer passionate about robotics, embedded systems, and autonomous platforms.

You'll work directly on embedded C++ systems, robotics frameworks, and autonomy stacks that drive aerial and ground vehicles.

This role is ideal for a proactive, startup-minded engineer eager to work in a fast-moving, high-integrity environment.

(Note: R&D-only backgrounds are not a match — we're seeking strong, practical engineers who love to build.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop C++ software for autonomous aerial and ground systems.
  • Build and optimize real-time embedded software using C* and RTOS*.
  • Integrate advanced autonomy using ROS2 and STM32 Cube platforms.
  • Develop build and deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker, and CMake.
  • Collaborate across autonomy, hardware, and product teams to deliver new mission capabilities.
  • Contribute to a high-velocity, high-integrity engineering culture that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2–7 years of professional experience with C++ and CMake.
  • Proficiency with embedded C, RTOS, and embedded Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with STM32 Cube, ROS2, or similar middleware.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
  • Strong passion for robotics, autonomy, and real-world systems.
  • Prior experience developing autonomous or robotic platforms is a plus.
