Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide project portfolios aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.
  • Develop scalable project management frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Drive successful greenfield market launches, leading the planning, execution, and stabilization of 10+ new locations, with continued growth projected into 2026 and beyond.
  • Oversee post-acquisition integration programs, ensuring seamless transitions and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with senior leaders to scope, prioritize, and resource high-impact initiatives across departments.
  • Promote transparency and collaboration through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in enterprise-level or PMO leadership
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree or advanced certification (PMP, PgMP).
  • Experience standing up or scaling a PMO in a mid-to-large size organization.
  • Proficiency in Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar portfolio management tools.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Background in organizational design, change enablement, or cultural integration.
  • Financial and operational acumen in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Location & Flexibility Location: Fulton, MD We welcome candidates for hybrid arrangements. Hybrid team members typically spend 2–3 days per week at HQ, with flexibility based on project needs. As this is a senior role, more frequent onsite presence may be required to collaborate closely with executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
