Job Description

KE is looking to add to our growing team. A proven estimator who is looking to be part of a progressive team environment that focuses on Safety-Service-Excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and processes.

· Proficiency in using Accubid and Bluebeam or other estimating software.

· Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Duties

· Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for electrical

· Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.

· Utilize Accubid and Bluebeam to create detailed cost breakdowns.

· Analyze project scopes and develop comprehensive material and labor estimates.

· Research and obtain pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

· Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

· Present cost estimates to management and clients in a clear and professional manner.

· Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.

· Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and other relevant documentation.

· Ensuring all estimates are completed on time and in line with client expectations and company standards.

Who We're Looking For:

· A proactive and eager learner, regardless of your current level of experience in electrical estimating.

· Estimating software (Accubid/Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office.

· Industrial Electrical experience - REQUIRED  

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
