What you will be doing:

The Direct Dropout Claim Specialist is responsible for processing & reviewing claims to determine eligibility.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Work in a team environment and in collaboration with client partners

· Responsible for processing claim applications, determining eligibility, processing member maintenance tasks and any required changes.

· Documenting required information into the system where applicable

· Meeting production and quality standards consistently while in an office and/or remote environment is required.

· Multiple Job task within each role outlined may be assigned at times.

· Should be organized, maintain high quality work and detail-oriented.

· Ability to think independently, make decisions, and be productive while adhering to company standards and guidelines.

· Must be driven and motivated to exceed individual and team goals.

· Should always maintain professional email/chat etiquettes. Professional behavior with courteous, polite, and energetic qualities

· Required overtime where applicable (no exceptions)

· Satisfactory attendance is a must - First 90 days no time missed.

· Meet Minimum dress code requirements while attending office for training and/or system set up.

Must have:

· High commitment to report and work at scheduled shift time and always staying in communication with Supervisor/Team Lead.

· Ability to work flexible schedules (Monday – Sunday ie 5 work days with 2 days offs)

· Must be able to react quickly and proactively in a rapidly changing and dynamic work environment.

· HS Diploma/GED (will be verified)

· Data Entry or backend processing work experience preferred.

· Prior Claims processing in medical, dental and/or vision.

Customer Service experience helpful but not required.

· Must have good reading and analytical/problem solving capabilities.

· Must be computer literate

· Good communication and written skills

· Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
