Salary Range: $95,500 - $120,000
We are seeking a
Senior Architect
with a strong background in construction and building technology, a passion for quality, and a commitment to mentoring and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise to the review of in-progress projects and contribute to the development of standardized details for use across the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in design quality, detailing, and construction administration.
  • Review projects under development to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity.
  • Develop and maintain standardized architectural details and best practices for internal use.
  • Mentor and support architectural staff in professional growth and technical development.
  • Present technical and design solutions directly to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Supervise and guide teams in the design and technical documentation process.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Active professional registration (licensed architect).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with a strong focus on building detailing and construction administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging construction technologies and materials.
  • Experience in Healthcare Design is required.
  • Additional experience in Science & Technology, Higher Education, or Workplace Design is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a collaborative environment.
