Senior Java Full Stack Developer
On behalf of our Financial Industry client, Procom is searching for a Senior Java Angular/React Developer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Mount Laurel, NJ or Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

Job Description:
The project involves standing up a modernization initiative for an onboarding platform. As part of the Agile team, the role requires participation in design discussions and coding of user stories. The candidate will work closely with the POD lead and other team members to meet architectural and design standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend agile ceremonies and participate in design discussions.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources to implement user stories.
  • Support the Quality Engineering team in testing and release processes.
  • Assist the POD lead in refinement as a senior developer.
  • Participate in discovery work and design in line with existing architecture.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 10+ years experience with Java.
  • 5+ years experience with Angular 16+ or strong React skills.
  • 5+ years experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Security & Authorization.
  • 2+ years experience with Jenkins or similar deployment automation tools.
  • 2+ years experience with logging frameworks such as SLF4J and Logback.
  • 2+ years experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
  • Proven experience working in an agile methodology.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience leading a global delivery team.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Background in banking/financial services domain.
  • Experience with high volume, low latency, high throughput web applications.

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Start Date:
ASAP.

Assignment Location:
Hybrid in Mount Laurel, NJ or Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite currently, moving to 4 days onsite and 1 day from home in early 2026.
