LCS Brokerage of Luther Village, a vibrant Independent Senior Living Community located in Arlington Heights, IL, is looking for a Move Out Coordinator to support our dynamic sales and marketing team. This role supports the sales and marketing efforts of our community by coordinating unit readiness, assisting with marketing events, and ensuring a smooth experience for residents, families, and prospects.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Maintenance, and contractors to ensure homes are prepared for showings, stage and photograph units for listings, and provide administrative support to the Brokerage Manager and Sales Counselors. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping seniors and their families, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in senior living sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure homes are show-ready.
  • Lightly stage and photograph units for listings.
  • Support sales counselors with lead management and reports.
  • Assist with marketing events and community initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination (senior living, hospitality, or healthcare a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn business software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to obtain an Illinois Real Estate License within one year (required).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
