We're looking for a Regional Manager to join our MS/AL team

  • Starting pays from $105, ,000 annual salary with departmental commission incentives paid out quarterly

What you'll be responsible for as a Regional Manager:

  • Ensure each location consistently meets company standards for quality, profitability, and safety.
  • Coach, mentor, and support Branch Managers and their teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with internal processes, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Partner with HR to recruit top talent, manage performance, and build high-performing teams.
  • Analyze regional KPIs and use data to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage regional budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

What you need to have:

  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday including an on-call rotation
  • High School Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of insurance restoration preferred
  • IICRC or other Restoration Certifications highly preferred - WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, OCT, CPT, HST, TCST, CCT, UFT, CRT
  • Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel extensively between MS/AL Branches
  • Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
