Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Solution Consultant to lead our CRM practice. This is a senior management role with significant responsibilities and impact on the organization. Key Responsibilities

As a leader in our CRM practice, you will drive the full consulting lifecycle, including:

  • Client Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Understand client requirements, business objectives, and existing systems to design scalable, secure CRM solutions, including recommendations for standard features, integrations, and customizations.
  • Solutions Expert & Proposal Generation: Act as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the CRM platform, ERP integration frameworks, and other tools, proposing best practices and generating detailed proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Account Management & Pre-Sales Support: Maintain strong client communication, identify expansion areas, and act as a solutions expert during the sales cycle to help close new deals, which may involve presentations and workshops.
  • Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation (specifications and requirements) and provide training and workshops for end-users and system administrators

Qualifications for Success

We're looking for a leader with:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in software development and consulting with a CRM system; Infor CRM experience is preferred but not required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field is preferred (Master's preferred but not required).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, cloud and integration technologies, database/business intelligence tools, and general systems technologies.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven leadership skills including team management, consensus building, and the ability to gain trust across diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Other: Experience with client relationship management, project management, and a strong business acumen.
