Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Label Center Coordinator will be part of the Quality Department
reporting to the QA Director or designee. This position manages packaging components used in
the manufacture and control of RCO products across all manufacturing facilities and logistics.


Duties/Responsibilities:
● This position will inspect, and assigned status to all incoming packaging components.
● This position will assist warehouse in any quality issues as a liaison for Quality
 department and provide support for incoming sampling of raw materials when needed.
● Participates on project teams as assigned. Aware of the changes in facility, equipment,
 product and processes which may impact documented processes. Identifies impacted
 documents and updates documentation for project implementation.
● Develops and maintains relationships with employees, departments, leadership and
 SMEs which is necessary to obtain and ensure documentation accuracy.
● Any other duties and responsibilities required by Quality Management.


Required Skills/Abilities:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
● Efficient typing skills.
● Ability to compile information
● Ability to work under pressure
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Positive attitude
● Ability to adapt


Education and Experience:
● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Incoming Experience preferable.


Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
