The Role
We're looking for a
seasoned Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to work directly with our Founder in driving Tailormade's growth. This is not your average SDR role – you'll be on the frontlines of shaping our Palm Beach County business and then playing a
core role in our expansion into the Miami market
.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch relationship sales, has a sharp understanding of consultative selling, and is energized by building something new from the ground up. You'll help us connect with top-tier designers, architects and home builders – people who shape the area's most extraordinary homes – and introduce them to the Tailormade platform.
What You'll Do
- Prospect & Connect:
Identify and reach out to high-value design, architecture, and building firms in Palm Beach County and Miami. - Qualify & Nurture:
Build meaningful conversations that uncover needs, assess fit, and set up strong opportunities for partnership. - Pitch & Present:
Confidently share Tailormade's value and vision, whether over the phone, in person, or at industry events. - Work Hand-in-Hand with the Founder:
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and deal flow. - Market Expansion:
Take part in developing our Miami growth playbook and future rollouts beyond South Florida.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Sales Chops:
2–4+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or consultative sales (bonus if you've worked in luxury, media, or design/build-related industries). - Relationship Builder:
You know how to connect with decision-makers, build trust, and guide conversations toward partnership. - Driven & Entrepreneurial:
You thrive in early-stage environments where your impact is highly visible. - Organized & Process-Oriented:
Comfortable working within a CRM (we use HubSpot) and keeping a tight pipeline. - Local Knowledge Is a Plus:
Familiarity with South Florida's luxury market and design/build ecosystem is a strong advantage.
